Prime Auction Motors is a Canadian brokerage based in Quebec. We act on behalf of professional clients and coordinate the entire Canadian side of the operation: purchasing at auctions and dealerships, inland transport, photographic condition documentation, paperwork and export formalities.
We do not operate in the Canadian domestic market and do not handle vehicle registration in Quebec.

Professional sourcing and purchasing
Identifying vehicles at Canadian auctions and dealerships according to your criteria: make, year, category and budget.
Auction brokerage and representation
Review of the available lot information and documentation, estimated cost to the agreed destination port, and bidding on your behalf within the maximum bid you have approved.
Inland transport and Canadian export formalities
Timely pickup, ground transport from any province, photographic condition documentation, title verification and preparation of the export file.
Ocean shipping
Arranging shipment from Canadian ports to the agreed destination port, with handover of the document package.
How It Works
Contact and qualification
You tell us about your company, your destination country and the vehicles you are looking for. We confirm whether we can serve that destination.
Cooperation agreement and deposit
We agree on working terms, brokerage fees and the security deposit. The deposit activates your bidding capacity and is not a payment for a vehicle.
Selection and bid authorisation
We identify matching lots, review the available documentation and estimate the cost to the destination port. You approve the vehicle and your maximum bid in writing.
Purchase, payment and shipping
Following the purchase and settlement of the vehicle and applicable fees, we arrange timely pickup, Canadian export formalities and ocean shipping.
