We are looking for a reliable local partner in Poland to handle port operations, EU customs clearance, and wholesale B2B distribution.

Prime Auction Motors is a vehicle sourcing and export brokerage based in Quebec, Canada. We serve professional buyers worldwide, combining local expertise with transparent communication and reliable execution.
As our clients’ single point of contact on the ground, we represent their interests and coordinate with auctions, dealerships, inland carriers, loading facilities, and shipping providers—helping reduce risk, avoid delays, and provide clear visibility from purchase through export.
Our services are exclusively focused on vehicle exports. We do not sell vehicles in the Canadian domestic market or provide vehicle registration services in Quebec.

Identifying vehicles at Canadian auctions and dealerships according to your criteria: make, year, category and budget.
Auction brokerage and representation
Review of the available lot information and documentation, estimated cost to the agreed destination port, and bidding on your behalf within the maximum bid you have approved.
Inland transport and Canadian export formalities
Timely pickup, ground transport from any province, photographic condition documentation, title verification and preparation of the export file.
Ocean shipping
Arranging shipment from Canadian ports to the agreed destination port, with handover of the document package.
How It Works
Contact and qualification
You tell us about your company, your destination country and the vehicles you are looking for. We confirm whether we can serve that destination.
Cooperation agreement and deposit
We agree on working terms, brokerage fees and the security deposit. The deposit activates your bidding capacity and is not a payment for a vehicle.
Selection and bid authorisation
We identify matching lots, review the available documentation and estimate the cost to the destination port. You approve the vehicle and your maximum bid in writing.
Purchase, payment and shipping
Following the purchase and settlement of the vehicle and applicable fees, we arrange timely pickup, Canadian export formalities and ocean shipping.
